Daily Duties at Ameri Gas:
• Manage current customer base and grow districts with new customer gains • Establish relationshipswith current customers and build relationships with new customers • Daily Activities include: Monitor accounts, extend contracts, negotiate margins, cold call, resolve customer issues, offer new productsto current customers • Responsible for 12 districts that extends from North and Central Alabama as well as sections of West Georgia • Awards- Top Mid Year Close 2010, Rookie of the Year 2010, Best Close for Southeast region on multiple occasions, Increase GPADE(Gross Profit After Delivery Expenses) and total customer base for three straight years • Train New Account Managers. • Handled over 200 client companies and brought in 300+ new accounts in annually. Met with an average of 20 clients per week consistently, resulting in a 95% client retention rate. • Manage local district (ordering parts, scheduling, direct customer contact, resolving employee conflicts, managing money and local accounts, Hire and train new employees, monthly and yearly inventories, Conduct Sales calls and Sales Blitz, Customer Retention.) Install Propane tanks ranging from 120-1000 gallon tanks, Install appliances Maintenance on customer appliances, including repairs Run interior and exterior gas lines Certified in Layout and Design, Vapor Distribution Systems, and Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters Install Vaporizers, Liquid Propane Dispensers, and Gravity Feed Dispensers Knowledge of NFPA 54 &58 Safety committee, conduct monthly safety meetings Installed High Pressure Gas Lines, ranging from 10-250psi Repaired and Maintained Gas Lines Located underground gas lines Received Training in fire protection and leak detection
