Daily Duties at Noltex Chemical Plant:

 Maintained essential functions with each employee to assure that all safety and OSHA requirements were being practice daily in the work place.  Reviewed all stations to make sure that daily upkeep of plant maintenance was done and signed off for a clean safe workspace.  Maintained close contact with all employees for needed training on machines and equipment used for job duties.  Coordinated and compiled all paper work after each silo of chemical was finished and loaded for shipping.  Monitored operators on skills set and goal planning. Scheduled and assigned all overtime for on duty operators
