Daily Duties at Franciscan Alliance:

: Daily bedside care of critically ill patients, including devising and implementing care plans for each patient, computer charting, charge nurse responsibilities, including supervision of staff and patient care. Coordination of duties for others and constant communication with all types of medical personnel, including physicians, social workers, other nurse and ancillary staff, as well as caring and communicating with friends and family of patients, active participation in committee membership, working hand in hand with management and staff. Analyzing and summarizing every situation affecting the physical and emotional health of each patient and family member and following through with plan of care. Interpreting and executing orders, both verbal and written from various sources and utilizing my authority to monitor all aspects of patient care. Analyzing data, prioritizing delivery of care, and reporting all results in a timely manner by computer charting
