Daily Duties at Genesis Medical Center:
Responsible for order entry/order verification of inpatient orders. Reviewed patient lab results for use in drug monitoring. Clinical monitoring of amino glycosides, Vancomycin, Enoxaparin, other clinically monitored medications. Prepared/checked compounded and parenteral compounded items. Provided support to nursing and medical staffs.
