• Led Best Tone’s 118114 Online Information and Reservations mobile web product project, which provides customers with nationwide services related to clothing, eating, housing, transportation, and entertainment. Managed all aspects of the project, including the product design, integration, launch, training, and modifications throughout the implementation process. Coordinated and built strong working relations with various internal departments including; IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations. Responsible for monitoring market trends, technology developments, analyzing competitors, and thirty one branches performance. • Analyzed the performance, income, development of client base, marketing of thirty one branches sales of value-added service, and searching service by SMS or mobile internet • Manage service and content providers. Drew up collaborate partners regulations and measured their performance level.
