Daily Duties at Stony Brook University:
Responsible for responding to work requests submitted by residents and professional staff for over 5,000 dorms with excellent customer service. Managed and resolved tenant-related problems such as: overseeing room renovations, contacted and maintained working relationships with electricians and plumbers for in-house issues, assisted with the replacement or restoration of worn, torn or broken furniture and relocation efforts for resident students. Conducted routine walk through to gather and evaluate resident complaints relative to the housing dorm.
