Daily Duties at Precept Mortgage Group:
First 2 years as a Sales Account Executive, responsible for contacting new customers and taking loan applications, working with Loan Processors, Appraisers and Escrow Officers, and cultivating trusted relationships with existing clients by providing them education and guidance in selecting the best loan options available to them. In my 3rd year promoted to Sales Manager, responsible for 7 Sales Account Executives and 3 Loan Processors and achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. Developed and implemented the curriculum for the sales team and assisted in training and coaching new sales account executives.
