Managed the collection and implementation of security regulatins that apply to customer and company operations.Handled all crisis management as well as the development of standard operating procedures and safety measures for disaster recovery.Directed custodial hiring procedures of physical security guards and personnel security staff and wrote proprietary annual certification test brieifng for all security personnel to undergo pass on annual basisand.
