Established email marketing program from scratch, including integration and synchronization of in-house database system with email service provider. Managed implementation and administration of email marketing campaigns focused on continuing communication with customers and monetizing in-house systems. Maintained and researched best practices for deliverability and response, including compliance with CAN-SPAM and ISP delivery requirements. Conception, design, development and launch of campaigns using Responsys Collaborate with marketing team and internal lines of business to develop integrated marketing campaigns for corporate initiatives Segmentation and constant testing for improved performance Compile and analyze results of email campaigns and convey findings and recommendations to corporate leaders and executives Understanding of HTML code and responsive design in email marketing Budgeting and financial reconciliation
