STAFF NURSE, GIVE PATIENT CARE, ADMINISTER MEDICATIONS, START IV'S, CHART, ENTER ORDER'S, SIGN OFF ORDER'S, PREP PATIENT'S FOR SURGERY AND RECEIVE PATIENT'S FROM RECOVERY. ADMIT NEW PATIENT'S. DISCHARGE PATIENTS, WORK WITH DISCHARGE PLANNERS TO MAKE SURE THAT MY PATIENTS HAVE EVERYTHING AT HOME THAT THEY NEED WHEN THEY ARE DISCHARGED IN REGARDS TO EQUIPMENT, HOME HEALTH, MEDICATIONS AND ECT.
