Daily Duties at North Bay Healthcare:
In charge of the supervision of nurses and ancillary staff in the ED on night shift. Facilitate patient admissions by maintaining an open channel of communication between the ER MD, House Supervisor, and Inpatient Units. Facilitate patient transfer to tertiary care centers if needed. Assisted nursing staff with triage, patient placement, and procedures. Would take on full patient assignment as needed to maintain state mandated ratios.
