- Conduct onsite feasibility study and designed preliminary electric single in AutoCAD. - Developed project schedule and bill of materials and cost estimates as needed. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and manufactures to develop system designs. - Coordinated with all related trades for project implementation and scheduling - Negotiated with contractors as per scope of work and as per Equipment, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract, and inspected contractor work & progress, and prepared progress report for stakeholder. - Prepared and modified design as needed - Performed solar system maintenance and repair on existing systems when needed. - Managed and obtained utility, state and local municipality permits. - Supervised 3rd Rock System New Jersey Office.
