Assumed full responsibility in overseeing the agency’s daily interaction with key clients by developing a wide range of ideas and solutions to generate value to their business. Provided expert oversight to agency staff to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget, and were not affecting daily activities such as social media, events, grass roots, brand content, post office protocol (POP) material, television, and radio. Kept abreast of new marketing and engagement trends to develop and articulate ideas associated with strategic and creative above-and-below-the-line alternatives. Established and solidified strong business relationships with vendors to provide appropriate solutions to clients. Monitored staff production while preparing monthly reports to increase productivity and profitability. Established a team of prospective candidates in preparation of future projects.
