Daily Duties at Omnitrans:
Oversee outreach programs for capital projects; assign and review outreach projects; manage outreach budget; notify businesses on corridor of upcoming roadway work in their neighborhoods; organize monthly construction status meetings to hear from business onwers regarding construction-related impacts and resolve them; provide public presentations to schools, civic groups and community-based organizations; plan and implement a public relations campaign on social media to increase awareness and support of bus rapid transit corridor construction project; organize a press event to publicize the conclusion of the project's construction phase, safety and technology features and upcoming start of passenger service; organize a formal completion ceremony to officially kickoff revenue operations.
