Daily Duties at Banner Pharmacepticals Inc.:

Apply change management techniques to foster process adoption and maintain process assets to include process descriptions, templates, and training. Collaborates as appropriate, with design engineers(NPI), supplier development engineers, plant quality engineers and quality data analysts and other functional stakeholders during the Pre-Production phase of New Product Introduction. Manages internal audit system to ensure continued compliance to domestic and FDA regulations and special reviews on an as-needed basis. Maintain knowledge of the Pareto Analysis of all items stocked at each location and ensure slotting is preformed to maximize picking efficiency and accuracy. Provide assistance for departments in the development, review and approval of their annual operations plans, including providing templates with relevant compliance requirements and maintaining final copies of approved plans. Ensure project risks are discussed at project team meetings and escalate them as appropriate. Monitor and control the risk plan and provide ongoing oversight to ensure mitigation plans are in place and working. Ensure that all staff allocated to assigned programs adhere to professional standards and SOPs. Share responsibility for achieving key portfolio performance metrics.
