Daily Duties at Fedex/Seword Inc.:

Monitor client team performance against Service Level Agreement(SLA) generally including delivery, quality & materials, and cost issues. Prepare and present client business review updates regarding key metrics for delivery, quality, and cost. Investigate and respond to client requests and complaints and perform root cause analysis on issues. Establishes, motivates and maintains a strong customer-focused environment for the department with both internal and external contacts. Communicates pro-actively with customers/clients and agents regarding questions concerning packages or package and service delivery. Produces monthly reports as designated by owner and ensures that compliance issues are dealt with in a timely manner as well as prepares financial statements, financial forecasts and loan packaging exhibits for business plans. Develop recommendations for the overall strategic direction of the Fedex business. Identify moderate scope problems and sponsor project teams to determine solutions to improve service levels; and lead problem resolution team.
