Daily Duties at Fedex/Seword Inc.:

Lead development and management of strategic business plan, product roadmap and product development delivery schedules. Initiate investigations into causes of misdirected packages, damage or shortages in packages and work with customers as needed to address issues and concerns and prepare meeting minutes and reports. Ensure key performance indicators in all areas are consistently met or exceeded, including on-time deliveries, productivity, inventory control, order accuracy, and product damage. Filing customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled and checks outbound shipments for accuracy and readiness for customer delivery. Develop annual budgets for the operation along with providing support to the budget development process for the distribution center. Ensure budgets are effectively managed daily along with the achievement of monthly goals.
