Started as Superintendent of Grounds responsible for design and installation of all irrigation and landscaping as well as overseeing the care and maintenance of the waterpark/amusement park and the facilities at the ranch. Was promoted to CFO/Comptroller and made Treasurer of the Corporation. Supervise daily operations of all accounting functions, preparation of financial reports, and procurement of all loans and financial agreements.
