Developed and implemented Gantt Charts to plan, monitor, and validate the progress of the project to ensure compliance with goals and deadlines. Defined and developed Excel tools (issue log, risk log, time chart) to evaluate how issues and risks related to the project can be approached to avoid negative impacts on the milestones and goal achievement
