Main professional skills and competence acquired during several projects conducted on Dimensional Geometry Analysis in Body Shop Plant, and with Dimensional Engineering group: - Used the process capability technique to guarantee high-precision vehicle geometry, ensure compliance with internal quality standards, and identify areas of improvements - Identified corrective actions as answer to major design and manufacturing issues by analyzing data from multiple measurement systems (Meisterbock, Quality Assurance Fixtures, Laser Trackers, CMMs, In-Line Vision Stations) - Determined the most appropriate statistical analysis (SPC, DOE, Shainin System) and actions to understand and solve known problems by collaborating with Metrology Center/Plant Engineers/Validation Engineering Group - Worked with multinational partners to turn an internal statistics tool into an industry-wide solution to reduce manufacturing costs. Served as PM and provided full software specifications to an external software contractor
