Co led a matrix team of 24 members representing 40 business offices with over 1,700 employees nationally to develop and implement a TL9000 certified quality management system to standardize a national customer plan. The system improved customer responsiveness, workload management, document control, reduced cost and risk aversion. Program recognized with an Excellence award as speed to market certification.
