Capabilities include prompt and reliable reporting, weekly feedback on property condition, promote bank's financing. Lead and manage multiple properties with the assistance of a Team of Real Estate Agents. • Affiliate and Designations include National Associations of Realtors. Maryland Association of Realtors, Prince George's county Association of Realtors, Equator. ResNet. • Residential Property Management responsible for the overall property oversight which includes rental properties, tenant lease agreements, negotiating contract renewals, rent collection, advertise vacancies, facilitate repairs, owner and tenant communications.
