Promoted from an operational field position to lead the brand new Department of Professional Development (DPD). Planned, organized and coordinated the standup of DPD. Hired 5 training and development managers that jointly led the recruiting, hiring, training and retention of 40k hourly employees, Built, taught and delivered the first ever formal business acumen, leadership and management training and development program to 5000 salaried managers, In addition led projects that addressed operational training targeting under-performing business units, building and managing an in-house learning platform. 5 direct reports and 300 indirect reports
