Daily Duties at Beckman Coulter :
Provided leadership and direction to Manufacturing Operations, up to 40+ technical personnel for global industry leader with annual sales of over $3.5 billion. Developed operating expense budgets, maintained adequate staffing levels to meet production demands, and set work objectives for subordinates. Supervised in the following areas; Mechanical Assembly, Precision Assembly, Final Test, and Remanufacturing of products. Responsible for the production schedule, setting work schedules, and hiring skilled workforce that puts the product out the door every day to meet production goals. Developed training schedules for new employees and evaluated the performance of workers. Monitored department budgets and ensured that resources are allocated properly and prepare production reports for upper management such as Customer Satisfaction Quality FPY @ Installation and Quality FPY@ Final Test, productivity and departmental goals.
