Avoided $72,000 in contracting fees (demurrage) by negotiating and resolving contract dispute between two UAE contractors. − Loaded, discharged, and certified petroleum cargoes of more than 7.8 million barrels of diesel and aviation petroleum with a combined value of $368M. Avoided $768,000 in demurrage expenses by planning, charting, and determining annual bulk petroleum requirements from refineries to storage facilities. − Realized $560,000 in bulk petroleum cost savings through diligent contract management and oversight. − Procured $1.8 million in aviation and ground fuels for 13 separate nations participating in U.S. allied military exercises; achieved zero losses in accountability and inventory.
