Daily Duties at •peer Polity Consulting International, President And Founder:
Provide non-traditional proactive and prudent advice combined with recommendations targeted toward helping businesses and individuals better understand controversial issues within the fields of social and political science, psychology, criminal justice, criminology and law. This idea is furthered by carrying out research and data collection; conducting analysis; interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders; running focus groups and facilitating workshops; preparing business proposals/presentations; spending the majority of time at the client's site; identifying issues and forming hypotheses; formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions; ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions; managing projects and programs; leading and managing those within the team, including analysts; and taking the larger leadership role in the management of client relationships. Countries visited thus far for consulting purposes: Australia, Belgium, Botswana, Canada, Cape Town, England, France, Ireland, Johannesburg, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Netherlands, Norway, Scotland, Senegal, Spain, United States, Wales and Zambia.
