Daily Duties at Terminix International:

Oversee all branch operations of a 4.2 million dollar pest control facility including sales and service operations, revenue generation and profitability. Job duties included overseeing the sales and service department, administrative staff along with 2 service managers. Responsible for recruitment, commending, discipline, and development of staff members. Total employees 30-35. Duties included daily checking in each sales and service team member. Pricing control to maintain profitability. Achieved and maintained a high ranking in service performance along with service collections at time of service. Oversee warehouse inventory control to moderate month to month costs. Do monthly profit projection, expense conversion, sales reports and budgets that were done per trimester. Responsible for purchasing new trucks and selling older or high mileage vehicles to lower overall costs in repairs and maintain an up to date fleet. Perform monthly meetings in safety, sales, and service excellence. Responsible for assuring that all ongoing training for branch personnel stayed up to date. Insured all company policies and procedures were followed. Delegated certain duties to service managers to test for possible branch manager candidates.
