Daily Duties at Sco Family Of Services:

Manage 16 members of mid-level management and their employees. Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data included in reports. Create quarterly and annual reports utilized to identify trends and patterns impacting quality of services and overall compliance: Consumer Safety, Internal Quality Monitoring, Case Record Review, and Facility Observation. Collaborate with administrative team to implement and follow-up with corrective actions based on findings of quarterly and annual reports as part of agency and program strategic planning. Maintain and work with confidential data, including client records and personnel files. Track maltreatment, abuse, neglect, medical, and other miscellaneous incidents involving clients as part of risk assessment and risk management. Compile and submit responses to inquiries from Federal, State, and local oversight agencies regarding consumer safety and staff compliance. Assist staff with maintaining Medicaid eligibility and compliance by communicating with accounts receivable, program management, and external oversight agencies. Facilitate and participate in quality team meetings as well as provide training to employees. Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of staff.
