Was re-hired by Colonial Metals at this job function,Directed and performed custom synthesis and toll manufacturing for a variety of clients, performed and directed R&D projects for clients along the lines of applications of the catalog products including homogeneous catalysis and electronic materials, new product development where over 220 products were introduced into the catalog product listing, performed and directed process optimization experiments for existing products in the catalog listing to troubleshoot potential issues with the existing processes
