Implement Telemedicine programs in rural Hospitals, Clinics and Correctional Facilities throughout Northern California. Design, plan, and drive multiple supply chain initiatives, reverse logistics, web development collaboration, etc. achieving cost reduction and strategic service objectives. Design and deliver reports, training, and presentations for mid to large potential client, physician and other medical staff audiences and to private, state and federal grant funding organizations. Select, develop, and manage effective cross-functional teams including supplier members.
