Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology:

Manage small to large complex IT projects across geographical and functional boundaries using PMBOK methodologies; e.g. EPIC, Networking, VoIP, Wireless, Security, Construction, Relocation, Software and System Platform Upgrade, Tech Refresh, Server Installation, and Printer Fleet Management. Assemble cross-functional project plans, teamwork assignments, direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis. Identify resource needs, perform quality review, and escalate functional, quality and timeline issues as needed. Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs. Develop and deliver reports, training and presentations to all levels within the organization. Coordinate enterprise impacting scope, budget, risk and resources communications across the company. Design, plan, and drive multiple supply chain initiatives and reverse logistics. Manage and mentor project team members. Adhere to OSHPD, JCAHO and ADA Compliance processes.
