Daily Duties at Fastlink Financial:
I managed and directed a group of 5-10 sales agents & helped with phone sales. I would also initiate incentives for the top producer(s) I was responsible for their daily quotas as well as overall monthly production for the solicitation of loan modifications, purchases & refinances. I helped assist with closing clients over the phone on rates and fees. Helped with origination and assisted with scheduling appointments. I oversaw the hiring of new telemarketers and interviewed for the company.
