Daily Duties at Assured Mortgage Corp:
I reviewed borrower’s applications and verified accuracy of documents received (i.e., income verification, property appraisal, title, escrow, etc.) I would structure loans to meet Fannie Mae & Freedie Mac guidelines and requirements and sometimes recommended other products to loan officers if borrowers did not meet certain product guidelines. I would also ensure all pre and post-closing conditions are completed in a timely manner to ensure timely closing of file. I would coordinate with the loan officer as well as the processing department to meet conditions while delivering excellent customer service. I closely also worked along with realtors and escrow to remove conditions to close purchase loans. Responsible for managing a pipeline of 30-40 loans per month from Inception to funding. Ensure timely response to clients’ needs with professionalism and tact.
