Daily Duties at Lendig Tree/Home Loan Center:
I transacted loan sales as a experienced licensed loan agent in several states I was responsible for incoming calls in the east coast and California. My task was to quote & close prospective borrower on loan rate and fees. Once borrower decided to proceed with a purchase or refinance I would request for required information and documentation to pre-qualify the client. I would proceed to attempt to receive an approval through LP & DU approval. I would direct all submissions of applications to processing and coordinate with them for a quick and successful close of the transaction.
