Daily Duties at Heart Trust/Nta:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all activities of the organization that analyze, design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems. Manage $300M budget, 65 staff, wide-areanetwork of 48 sites, 4000+ desktop and laptops and 21+ software applications.  Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and technical services division of the organization.  Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations in compliance with ITIL and ISO standards. LUZ JOHNSON PAGE 2  Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems.  Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.  Plan, administer and control the IT budget for the organization and make recommendations concerning the annual operating budget for the organization.  Recruit and supervise high performing team of computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel and oversee their professional development and training.  Improved infrastructure agility and reliability through virtualized data centers and key applications. Improved Data and infrastructure security.
