Daily Duties at Sparks And Associates:
Develop a plan of reorganization for a property that was a combination of a hotel and a 144-unit apartment project. The local municipality, Schiller Park, issued a cease and desist order to the developer from converting the property to condominium units. I was responsible for renegotiating the agreement with Schiller Park which would allow the apartments to be converted and the hotel units to be sold.
