• Supported 25-30 total users and Windows 2003 35 Servers. • Managed tape backups systems. • Monitored Systems performance and event logs. • Managed Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000/2003 administration. • Microsoft Exchange 2003 administration with MS-Exchange Management console and Active Directory • Built MS-SQL 2000/2003 and MS-Exchange on Windows 2000/2003 Servers. • Supported hardware support for a variety of platforms including; HP/Compaq, Dell, IBM Servers, desktops, and laptops. • Managed operation of production environment, and development test lab • Managed Email/Spam Firewalls • Installed & Configured software applications and Operating Systems on desktops and notebooks.
