• Implemented Windows desktop deployments Windows /XP/Vista/7/ and 8. • Implementation and Deployed of Windows 2000/2003/208, Active Directory, • Desktop Workstation troubleshooting and deployment Windows XP and Windows 7. • Implemented and deployed Microsoft GPO, AD, DNS, WINS, and DHCP, server. • Managed and Deployed Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 and Microsoft Internet Information Server 6.0 services, with Peer-Sync integration. • Deployed and implemented a server consolidation initiative using VMWare ESX 3.5 and v-sphere clusters which resulted in a 40% reduction in infrastructure size. • I managed Blackberry Enterprise servers and WSUS Servers. • Implemented and deployed of backup servers, routine backups; local and remote server backups with Symantec Backup Exec 12.0 /12.5/2010/2012, and iDrive Backup clients. • Implemented and deployed Symantec Endpoint and Antivirus servers and System console. • Troubleshooting network problems and issues routers swtiches, Cisco PIX/ASA, Sonic firewall and Barracuda web & spam filter management. Building and testing Brevity Server Appliances and configuration of Brevity hardware product systems development and testing. Implementation and management of Telecommunication (T1 and Avaya PBX services). • Exchange 2003, 2007/2010 Administration and Management. • Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 Administration and Management • Management of Live Communication Server 2005 • Implementation and management and FaceTime IMAuditor/Vantage Server. • Management VMware Infrastructure, DoubleTake and VMWare Converter • Management of RecoverPoint Replication • Backup Administration (practical experience with at least one of the following (NTbackup, Netbackup, Arserve, etc). • Modification of administrative scripting languages (KIX Scripts and Batch scripts). • Deployment and Management of windows DFS Shares. • Managed Cisco Call-Manager and Unity system. • Troubleshooting issues with email delivery.
