Responsible for overall management of a 24 hour residential/crisis facility. I was responsible for the delivery and provision of direct services to battered women and their children; supervised shelter staff which included crisis hotline, case managers and residential staff; Screened, interviewed, hired and terminated employees; prepared and conducted employee evaluations; prepared monthly and quarterly programmatic reports.
