Daily Duties at Neotropix Inc. :

Solely founded Neotropix. Responsibilities included VC financing, obtaining government grants, licensing, hiring and developing team skilled at all facets of R&D, leading team/company through discovery to an IND, Phase I clinical trials and beyond, obtaining KOLs for SAB/CAB and collaborations, managing budget, building out specialized laboratory, liaison with Regulatory agencies, obtain IRB, IBC, and site approvals, write extensive regulatory reports, scientific papers, and present at international meetings, board meetings, Pharma/Biotech companies, and FDA, determine mechanism of action, build a pipeline, find and incorporate biomarkers and proof of concept tests into clinical trials. Serve on board of directors. Develop strategic business, clinical, and scientific plans.
