• Managed IT for the healthcare practice, ensured availability of data on multiple platforms, and timely delivery of technology projects within budget up to $10M • Conducted surveys to gather data which drove analytics, and assisted strategic decision making, resulting superior customer service • Defined project boundaries and formulated budgetary guidelines and price estimates • Evaluated and selected new IT projects to enhance existing products and ensured delivery within budget and in accordance with a set business directive • Conducted client software training, and product demonstrations • Managed end-to-end project planning from identification of scope, to resource allocation, and regression testing • Accommodated forecasted business models by working closely with stakeholders to budget for future expansion • Led reporting, data mining, and integration development projects with staff across the organization, organized data steam to create reports • Performed feasibility studies, gap analysis, and determined ROI for each project, executing the most efficient and cost effective method of project implementation
