Daily Duties at Hdr:
• Implemented new problem ticketing system and IT methodology based on Utilized IT Infrastructure Library principles • Reduced work stoppage times and improved service management using change management, problem management, and incident management standards • Facilitate decision making and action during stalemates by coordinating and communicating effectively among members of core, extended, and management teams • Develop project plans and schedules by identifying major milestones, time schedules, and deliverable dates • Manage central technical knowledgebase, providing consistent IT solutions and increased first call resolution • Conduct enterprise wide business group surveys to assess needs and gather project requirements • Lead status update meetings for user community to discuss project progress, milestones, and budget status • Increased employee accountability through the development of management performance metrics, critical success factors, and key performance indicators • Manage team of six responsible for incident management, desktop support, outage reporting, and other customer support • Oversee staffing related issues including performance appraisals, supervision, development, hiring, and separations
