Daily Duties at Hdr:

As a member of the Project Management Office’s IT Service Management (ITSM) program team, assist with the implementation of the ITSM initiative based on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) guidelines. Role responsible for implementing several separate projects as a portion of the overall program. Coordinate efforts of Core, Extended, and Management Teams. Develop Project Plans and schedules. Responsibilities include:  Implementation of Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management. Activities include:  Gathering Requirements Data from stakeholders and users  Conducting Enterprise-wide Surveys for needs assessment  Updating the program’s Microsoft SharePoint site  Development work on the ITSM software suite  Project Status Updates  Development of Management performance metrics  Communicating Action Plans with all levels of organizational management
