Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage:
transacted processing & closing of FHA, HARP, Conventional & some VA loans. Interpreted company policies & requirements while analyzing borrowers personal info, property details and other documentation provided. Oversaw pipeline and closing generated report daily. Recommended solutions and guided customers with correct information. Directed questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payment research, taxes, insurance, loan modifications and assumptions, prepayments, payoffs, adjustable rate loans, credit reporting, and lien protection to customers. Transacted 30-50 loans from pipeline . Closing 16-18 on an average a month. Assisted new processors & closers with company computer system & miscellaneous questions regarding loan policies & requirements.
