Principal Duties: Assistant to the National Underwriting Manager, review QA findings to determine if Underwriter was at fault causing risk to the investor/company, responsible for timely daily responses to 20 production branches branch product description questions via an email hot line/phone system, underwrite all wholesale residential one to four single family Mortgage loans manually and in conjunction with common industry Automated Underwriting Systems (DU, LP, Clout, Assetwise) per FHA, VA, Conventional standards with the use of various Mortgage Software (Empower, Dissco, CPM) to decision loans per Investor guidelines. Accesses the risk of various loans while maintaining a high degree of employer product performance with quality. Respond via an email and phone help line to answer questions on all (30) products in a timely manner. -Company Moved Operation
