Daily Duties at Dr Horton Dba Dhi Mortgage:
Underwrite all retail residential one to four single family mortgage loans manually or in conjunction with common industry Automated Underwriting Systems (DU, LP, Clout), LOS and 3rd party systems (Empower, Sysco, Core Logic) to decision all FHA, VA, Conventional loans with the use of various Mortgage Software to decision loans per investor guidelines. Accesses the risk of various loans while maintaining a high degree of employer product performance. Underwrite all loans in a 24-48 hour period while maintaining a minimum requirement of 130 new loans per month. Communicate with the field any requirements on suspended or declined loans while providing counter offer resolutions where possible.-Laid off, Reduction in Workforce
