Brought on to new team to create and document a process for new software releases within the Microsoft network. Need to create and maintain an interactive site for teams to begin process for software deployment. Coordinate among multiple teams all necessary requirements for quick deployments. Track and report on progress of all deployment requests and post deployment metrics. Work with offshore teams to ensure that all requirements are properly documented and understood.
