Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals. Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies, products and services to help clients meet their financial objectives. Provide information/education to clients about the purpose and details of financial products, services and strategies. Measure and analyze performance and measure against industry benchmarks and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and manage marketing programs to increase brand consideration and generate product demand. Provide appropriate coverage and recommendations to clients and establish credibility. Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policies, analyze insurance programs and suggest additions or changes. Generate lists of prospective clients, calculate premiums and establish payment methods. Support talent management processes through active leadership, coaching, recruiting, and organizational development activity including talent review, training and cultivation of new leaders through the use of available programs and tools. Utilize professional consultative sales expertise to conduct business analysis to develop, present and implement customized business solutions to each targeted end-user partner. Responsible for leading specific marketing programs to drive acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement of policyholders and deliver marketing programs that grow New Accounts, Sales and Net Income. Produce and deploy marketing program communications in-store and to the associates.
