Daily Duties at Frontier Kemper Constructors:
Responsible for leading the project team of engineers/designers, field superintendents and consultants. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard. Ensures that the design meets the owner’s requirements. Responsible for ensuring that the project is effectively resourced and that all resources are utilized in an efficient manner. Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedule. Oversee procurement and delivery of major material/component items. Liaison with and provides progress up-dates to the owner. Prepares and submits change order proposals to the owner. Responsible for tracking costs and submitting cost-to-complete in-put to upper management
