Daily Duties at Extended Stay Hotels:
over see the day to day operations of 15 hotels in 2 states. Have managed as many as 34 hotels covering 3 states. Including but not limited to, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining new staff, project coordination for 10 successful renovations (4 are currently in progress), budget planning, revenue management, fraud prevention and investigation, property inspections & audits, sales & marketing collaboration, P & L management.
